Customers will receive a full refund if a reservation is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation date and time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation time are non-refundable.

Any refundable fees, such as damage deposits, will be fully refunded if a reservation is canceled.

Cancellations due to weather conditions may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduled for a new date at the customer’s request. Weather conditions may include storms or high winds that prohibit safe water recreation.

If any member of Crews’N Adventure determines that a customer is unable to safely operate the equipment with a clear and sound state of mind, the reservation may be canceled immediately. In such cases, any non-refundable fees will still apply.
